Required documentation European tours For the trips offered in this catalogue, Spanish citizens of legal age may travel with their valid identity card, which must be valid for more than 90 days from the date of entry. As for Portuguese minors, when travelling with one of their parents to countries without restrictions, it is recommended that they always carry a valid passport, although this is not necessary for countries where this requirement does not apply to adults.
In this case, they must carry, along with their valid identity card, an authorisation from their parent or guardian issued by the competent authority when travelling without their parents or guardians. For other nationalities, even if you have a valid Spanish residence card, check with the consulate of your country or the destination country for documentation, visas and other requirements that may be necessary. Air accidents during the trip (delays, loss of luggage, etc.) are the responsibility of the airlines.
For subsequent complaints, it is essential to process them at the companies' counters. Triple rooms consist of a double room with an extra bed, which is either a fold-out bed or a sofa bed. In some cases, these rooms may be too small for three people and with little space for luggage. Some hotels, on their own initiative, may provide a double room and a single room.
We do not recommend a triple room for three adults. The meals included will be tourist menus in line with local cuisine and consist of two courses and dessert (on some occasions a buffet). All of them have been chosen to be as varied as possible within the possibilities of local cuisine. Drinks or special diets are not included.
For the better development of the circuit, it is possible that, eventually, the services included may be changed in order or even on the day, always guaranteeing the same number of them. If, due to special circumstances unknown at the time of printing this catalogue, some of the scheduled visits to museums or other places of tourist interest cannot take place because they are closed on the scheduled day, Veigatours declines all responsibility. Similarly, on All-Inclusive itineraries, no refunds will be given for visits or tourist services that cannot be carried out for reasons beyond Veigatours' control (weather, strikes, etc.). On all itineraries, we indicate some optional excursions of great interest, but these are not included in the price of the trip. In the event of any changes during the season, these will be communicated via an errata on our website. Tours must have a minimum of 30 people and are supported by our guides. On the day of return by plane from European cities, the last service will be breakfast (if the schedule allows). If, due to the flight schedule, arrival at the destination city is after 7:00 p.m., for operational reasons, dinner will not be served, even if it is included. On itineraries that include cruises, accommodation will be in inside cabins.

At Veigatours, we believe that your arrival day is essential for the smooth running of the tour. Therefore, please read this information carefully.
I just landed. Everything is going well, what should I do?
After passing through the various customs or security checks at the airport, you must collect your luggage. Once you have collected your luggage, you must proceed to the exit. It is here in the airport lobby that you will find our transfer driver. Until then, there will be no one from our organisation. We will always be waiting for you with a Veigatours sign. Do not look for other signs, nor your name or your agency. Only Veigatours signs.
Our transfer driver will give you a letter with initial directions, emergency telephone number, meeting time with your guide, etc. Upon arrival at the hotel, you should indicate that you are a Veigatours traveller and give your name at reception. They will give you your room keys and you can retire to rest, go for a walk or start exploring the city. Remember that in most cases the guide will be travelling and will not arrive at the hotel until mid-afternoon. Please read the information posters we have placed in almost all hotels, which provide information about your trip, hotel, etc.
What should I do if I encounter an incident?
My suitcase hasn't arrived. It is important that you file a complaint at the lost luggage counter so that you can receive information later.
You will need to indicate the hotel where you are staying in that city so that it can be sent to you.
They will give you a complaint number that you will need to use each time you need to receive information. Our transfer providers have a maximum waiting time set at 1.5 hours after landing time. If you have any problems, you should go out to find the transfer provider and let them know not to leave. Or call our emergency number.
I missed my connecting flight.
If this happens, it is important that you inform us so that we can send a new transfer with the new arrival flight. In this case, we will change the transfer at no additional cost. Otherwise, you will not find the transfer at the arrival airport and will miss the transfer. I cannot find the transfer agent. If you arrived on the scheduled flight and it has not been more than 1.5 hours since landing,
the transfer should be waiting for you with the operator's sign in a clearly visible location. If you do not see them, do not leave that area; do not go to another area of the airport. Wait a few minutes in that area, and if after 10 minutes you cannot find them, call our emergency number. We will give you all the information.
Sometimes, at least, there is an incident.
The first thing is peace of mind, we will put our entire organisation at your disposal so that these possible incidents are just minor anecdotes. These are the common incidents that can happen. Do NOT worry, our emergency service will be ready to help and inform you in all circumstances (exclusively for emergencies and during the days of the tour).
If you have purchased an extra night, please remember that the guide will arrive on the day of the tour at around 7:00 p.m. (check the information boards on arrival).
