3. Why do we process your data?

Participation in our promotions implies your consent to the processing and transfer of your data, within the scope and under the conditions indicated in the regulations governing the specific campaign in which you participate, and said consent is an essential requirement for your participation. Depending on the operational aspects of the specific promotion in which they registered, the data of participants or winners may be published on the veigatours.pt website, social networks, or media outlets. In the case of contests and raffles, the personal data of the winners, necessary to correctly enjoy the prizes, will be communicated to the suppliers of the same, and the participants will necessarily consent to the respective international transfer of their personal information when said suppliers are located outside the European Economic Area.

5. Legal basis for data processing

6. How long will we keep your data?

We will delete your data when it is no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. Specifically:
Access logs to restricted areas of the web will be deleted in the month they are created. Browsing-related information will be deleted as soon as the web connection is completed and statistics are compiled.
Data processed for commercial purposes, including commercial profiles, will remain in effect until its deletion is requested. Documents containing evidence of your consent to the processing of your data for these purposes, such as electronic form submission records, will be kept for the entire duration of the data processing and applicable limitation periods.
7. What are your rights?
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access it.
