The terms and conditions set out below govern access to and use of the URL www.veigatours.pt (hereinafter WEBSITE), owned by Vitor Veiga, Serviços de Turismo.
IDENTIFICATION OF THE PARTIES
One of the parties, Vitor Veiga, Serviços de Turismo, with address Rua do Ribeiro nº10, 6230-772 Fundão, Castelo Branco, Portugal.
And, on the other hand, the individual, hereinafter referred to as the USER, who accesses the page to obtain information and contract the services provided through the WEBSITE. The user declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to acquire the services presented through the WEBSITE.
By using this portal, the USER expressly accepts full and unreserved adherence to each and every one of the general conditions in the version published by Veigatours.pt at the time the user accesses this portal, especially those established regarding the limitation of liability of both Veigatours and any tourism or travel service provider. The information contained on the WEBSITE is provided for the user's convenience. However, it may contain inaccuracies or errors of any kind. Veigatours.pt does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information or content of the WEBSITE.
The website sections are optimized for use with the Internet Explorer browser in a Windows environment. Veigatours.co.uk is not responsible for results obtained using a different browser or operating system.
Veigatours.pt operates the WEBSITE offering all types of tourist services.
Purchasing services through the WEBSITE implies acceptance by the USER of the General and Specific Terms and Conditions of the contract, which are displayed on the webpage during the booking process.
In particular, in the case of low-cost airlines, the customer's use of the WEBSITE to locate flights for the purpose of booking them implies the customer's direct submission to the general terms and conditions of those airlines and the general terms and conditions of each airline's website, including those relating to the protection of personal data.
By registering on Veigatours.pt, the user accepts that the personal data provided will be subject to electronic processing owned by Veigatours.pt. Veigatours.pt and the user agree to operate in full compliance with the policy on non-consensual advertising regulated in the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LESICE). Veigatours.pt informs the user that their data will be treated confidentially and stored on servers that comply with the standards established by Spanish legislation regarding data protection.

The user should be aware that the contracting of services is governed by the Combined Travel Act, subject to the provisions of DIRECTIVE (EU) 2015/2302 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 November 2015 on combined travel and the specific conditions agreed with the user depending on the company organizing the combined trip, with Veigatours.pt acting only as an intermediary between the user and the operator.
Within this WEBSITE there are links to other websites over which Veigatours.pt has no control and for which it obviously has no responsibility. Veigatours.pt does not sponsor or guarantee any of these third-party websites, which have been included for the convenience of users.
The traveler is responsible for complying with government requirements regarding entry and exit documents and other relevant information. This information can be found on the website of the Portuguese State Secretariat for Communities Abroad (http://www.secomunidades.pt/web/guest/viajantes). Veigatours.co.uk may incorporate additional specific conditions.
Veigatours.pt allows a maximum of 9 people per booking and does not offer group deals. If the booking exceeds this limit, Veigatours.co.uk reserves the right to cancel it and charge the corresponding amounts, including, but not limited to, cancellation fees, administration fees or non-refundable deposits.
The purchase of any product will only be effective when the User makes the reservation with the final operator. Veigatours.pt does not collect payment; rather, the final operator does, validly charging the provided credit card or receiving the purchase amount via bank transfer. The purchase may be cancelled by Veigatours.pt until further notice. Requesting a reservation implies a commitment on the part of the client to authorize the debit of the full amount of the contracted trip from the card or bank account they provide.
The Client expressly authorizes Veigatours.pt, and the final operator, to process as many charges as necessary against the card with which the Client made the purchase and where the first payment was made, until the total price of the reservation is paid.
The USER agrees to contact Veigatours.pt through our Customer Service Department (geral@veigatours.pt) if they have any complaints, before dealing with their bank and before taking any legal action.
The purpose of this clause is not to create obstacles to your right to pursue legal action before courts, tribunals, or any other alternative dispute resolution method. On the contrary, we want to offer you a faster and more profitable route, which will save you and us time and money. In return, we commit to providing a response within 30 business days.

The prices shown online include airport taxes. They do not include visa fees or departure taxes from any territory.

Veigatours.pt disclaims any liability arising from defective performance by suppliers and/or organizers derived from the regulations in force regarding the terms and conditions of sale of each of the products and services or combined trips contracted through the website.
If, due to force majeure, deficiencies arise in the reservations, confirmations, and/or execution of any trip or services contracted through Veigatours.pt due to circumstances that were not foreseeable or solvable by Veigatours.pt, or even if it were impossible to fulfill some of the agreed-upon services, the client waives the right to file any type of claim against Veigatours.pt and/or companies of the Veigatours.pt group, existing now or in the future, for these deficiencies or breaches, unless Veigatours.pt is held liable for negligence on its own part.
The failure to comply with the law, morals, and generally accepted good manners of public order, as a consequence of the transmission, dissemination, storage, making available, reception, obtaining, or access to content.
Information regarding intellectual and industrial property rights, rights to honor, personal and family privacy, and the image of individuals (photographs), and property rights of any kind belonging to third parties.
The links and hypertext that allow the user to access presentations and services offered by third parties through the WEBSITE do not belong to or are controlled by Veigatours.pt; it will not be responsible for the information contained therein or for any defect that may arise from said information.
